IMC wins Global Network award

Award given for full compliance with ten principles of United Nations Global Compact

KARACHI: Indus Motor Company has won Business Sustainability Award 2018, which represents second prize of the Global Network Pakistan 2018 event in its multinational company category.

The award is given for full compliance with the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and accomplishment of its sustainable development goals.

The fourth consecutive win by IMC signifies its commitment to improve living standards and accomplishment of UN targets for a sustainable future. IMC always prioritises good governance practices by improving on compliance on part of the employees and the administration, continuous audit and transparency.

Commenting on the achievement, the company’s CEO Ali Asghar Jamali said IMC maintains best practices in its business operations the recognition of which can be witnessed through the awards from GNCP.
