Drake under fire for kissing, groping minor

An old video from one of his concerts in 2010 has resurfaced and gone viral

After his squabble with rapper Kanye West, Canadian artist Drake has landed himself in yet another controversy. The star has been subject to a lot of backlash on social media after a video of him behaving inappropriately with a minor has emerged. The footage shows the Hotline Bling singer groping and kissing a 17-year-old, reported E! Online.

The clip is from one of Drake's older concerts, held back in 2010 but has only just gone viral. The then 23-year-old Drake is seen dancing with the girl, then kissing her shoulder and hugging her around her chest while standing behind her.

After calling the girl onstage, Drake even asked her age, to which the girl replied that she is 17. "I get in trouble for sh*t like this," he had told the audience, before asking the fan, "How old are you?"

"Seventeen," she had replied. "I can't go to jail yet, man," he seemingly joked. "Seventeen? How do you look like that? You thick. Look at all this." He added, "I had fun. I don't know whether I should feel guilty or not, but I had fun. I like the way you feel against my chest. I just want to thank you." He then kissed her hand, both her cheeks, her forehead and her lips, as the audience cheered.

Numerous people took to Twitter to express their concerns over the video. "It’s entirely disgusting that as a grown man, you find yourself gravitating towards a child. This means that they want something that is untouched? That they HAVE NOT TRIED? to fulfill their own sick agenda. I’m honestly disgusted," said one user. Another stated "Drake is absolutely disgusting, I looked up to him. Not anymore... I actually hope he goes to jail, he embarrassed himself. Such a shame."
