According to the Motorway spokesperson, the National Highway from Lahore to Phoolnagar, Pattoki, Okara, Sahiwal, and Chichawatni remained shrouded in fog. It also covered Lahore, Khanewal, Multan, and Bahawalpur, reducing visibility to zero and badly affecting the movement of traffic.

The spokesperson added that the latest travel advice is being released on the mobile phone application named NHMP Humsafar. The app can be helpful if people use it before they make any plan to go out. The Department of Weather Forecast stated that during the next two to three days, heavy and light fog will continue in some lower parts of Punjab during day and night time.

In most areas of the country, the weather will remain cold and dry. In the upper parts, the weather will be extremely cold and dry at night, while a hailstorm is likely to hit by morning.
