Reforming the system: PU to host national criminology moot

A three-day national conference on criminology is scheduled to start at Peshawar University tomorrow. Organised by the Criminology Department of Peshawar University, the conference will evaluate the criminal justice system of Pakistan, policing and its role in curbing militancy, child abuse, juvenile justice system in our society and other related topics will be explored during the conference. State Minister for Interior Minister Shahryar Afridi, police officer Dr Muhammad Shoaib Suddle, and leading scholars, professors of various varsities are expected to attend the event.
