Randhawa murder case: ATC records witness statement

Accused MQM workers Kazim Abbas Rizvi and Noman were produced before the court by jail authorities

KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court on Tuesday recorded the statement of a witness, sub-inspector Syed Idrees Shah, in the murder case of Naimat Ali Randhawa, the prosecutor in Wali Khan Babar case.

Fahad Malik Murder: Hearing adjourned till 14th

Accused Muttahida Qaumi Movement workers Kazim Abbas Rizvi and Noman were produced before the court by jail authorities. The court recorded Shah's statement and adjourned the hearing till November 15. At the next hearing, defence lawyers will cross-examine the witness's statement.

Imran Farooq Murder: Court allows re-examination of witness

The court had declared three MQM workers as absconders.

These include Azizullah, Abdullah alias Danish and Ghufran alias Sindhi. According to police, the accused shot and killed Randhawa in North Nazimabad in September 2013. A bullet also injured the son of the deceased, Tauqeer Randhawa.
