ISLAMABAD: In the age of digital technology life has become relatively simpler and easier and everything is available at the click of a mouse.

Earlier before the cyber age entered our lives it was a time consuming and cumbersome task to hire domestic help for the house.

One had to contact neighbours or friends and ask if they could recommend someone which at times would take a lot of time.

All that has changed and nowadays online domestic help services are available.

The house cleaning and dusting business is available online and hiring on hourly basis has also become possible.

The trend of online maid services s gaining momentum in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Online maids are available on one call for desired working duration at reasonable wages. Different companies are providing maids on hourly basis at on very reasonable rates to cater to the needs of customer on urgent demand and also for those who cannot afford maids on monthly basis.

Asma Bano, a housewife said, “Now a maid is available on fingertips, with only one phone call. I get them within minutes and this service is really reliable and affordable.”

She added that it was good to hire home maids per hour instead of hiring for a month and it caters to our urgent needs and is also economical. “In the present day prevailing inflation regime maids demand hefty sums of amounts which is not affordable for a middle income family,” she added.



She said that most families are unable to pay per month salary to maids on monthly basis, but they can easily hire the services of these per hour accessible maids from the online service providers.

Speaking to the media proprietor of one such online service provider Suniya Saadullah Khan said that our company provides maid on temporary basis and charge the customer at hourly rates . She said that hiring online maids was completely safe as there was no chance of theft by maids as before hiring maids, a thorough security inspection is done as per legal criteria. She further said that as today everyone uses smartphones , so this is very approachable technique for a housewife.
