Chief Justice stops KDA from carrying out demolition in Korangi

He contended that LHC had ordered the demolition of 13 houses upon which the local administration served notices.

They told the court that they had concerns of the housing being demolished and therefore must be given sufficient time to file an appeal.

They requested the court to bar the local administration from demoliting their houses. At a result, the court stayed the demolition will November 9.
