Man kills sister over ‘honour’ in Muzaffargarh

MULTAN:
A man allegedly gunned down his sister over suspicion of having alleged illicit relations with a man in Muzaffargarh on Friday.
A police official told The Express News that the incident took place within Kandai police station precincts. He added accused Shoaib Ahmed, a resident of Moza Amirpur Daha, had suspicion over the character of her 18-year-old sister Samina Bibi.

He added the accused suspected that the woman had illicit relations with a man who lived in the same area. In a fit of rage, Shoaib opened fire on Samina, killing her on the spot. The police have registered a case against the culprit and started investigations.
Earlier, four members of a family were killed in the name of honour in Hafizabad District.
