Four-year-old UAE boy falls to death while playing on tablet

Mother of deceased was putting younger daughter to bed when boy sneaked out

A four-year-old boy fell to his death while playing on a tablet in the emirate of Ajman, Khaleej Times reported on Monday.



"The boy was playing with his tablet in the balcony when he climbed the railing, lost his balance and fell to his death," police said. The mother of the deceased was putting her younger daughter to bed when the boy sneaked out.

The distraught mother's screams caught the attention of a watchman who witnessed the child fall from the fourth storey. Police were alerted after.



Policemen and paramedics found the boy lying dead after reaching the Al-Nuaimiya building. Police said the body had been sent to a hospital.
