ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC) has carried a fresh survey of the entire 752-kilometres long sewerage network in federal capital to detect the damaged and chocked portions.

The survey will help identify the points of sewerage network from where sewage is leaking into streams and nullahs and contaminating the water.

According to IMC, people have connected sewerage line with storm network, which open in streams and nullahs.
