Bollywood actor Swara Bhaskar never shies away from calling people out for inappropriate behaviour. So it comes as no surprise that she's found herself in the midst of yet another controversy, reported DNA India.

Film-maker Vivek Agnihotri then responded with, "Where is the placard - #MeTooProstituteNun," in a reference to the #MeToo movement against sexual harassment.
PHOTO: TWITTERSwara, of course, did not let that slide and called the director out for using the trauma of women who are rape survivors to shame and abuse in public. She took one step further and went on to notify Twitter authorities against the abusive post. The social media site did not take long to acknowledge her complaint and get back to her, "... We have reviewed the account you reported and have locked it because we found it to be in violation of the Twitter rules. If the account owner complies with our requested actions and stated policies, the account will be unlocked," stated the message.

The actor then thanked Twitter and urged people not to allow bullies to shame them. "Thank you @TwitterIndia @TwitterSupport for taking cognisance of @vivekagnihotri's abusive tweet. And making him delete it! No tolerance for cyber bullying and abuse of women on public platforms! (Or private - but one thing at a time)," she wrote.

With a red arrow marked at Vivek's now deleted tweet, she added, "Thank you #SayNoToBullying Girls (and boys and everyone) DO NOT allow cyber bullies and haters to shame you or humiliate you on public platforms!
