Police encounter: Four robbers shot dead near Peshawar
Incident took place at around 10:00 am.

At least four alleged dacoits were killed in an encounter with police on the outskirts of Peshawar on Monday, police said.
A police official at the station told The Express Tribune that this incident took place at around 10:00 am, when four armed dacoits entered a house in the Umeed Abad Number II locality in the Pishtakhara area. The official said that the house was owned by a local woman identified as Parveen Akhtar.
He said that police personnel rushed to the area on a tip-off and laid a siege around the street, where the house was situated.
