Hajj Policy 2011: Full bench formed to hear petition
Bench to hear more that 50 identical petitions of Hajj tour operators challenging the Hajj Policy 2011.

Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry on Monday constituted a full bench to hear more that 50 identical petitions of Hajj tour operators challenging the Hajj Policy 2011.
The CJ will head the three-member bench. It will also include Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Umar Ata Bandial. The bench will start hearing the petitions on June 1. The petitions were filed by Meerub Travel Tours (Pvt) Ltd, Travel Shop Limited and others through Advocates Ahmed Awais, Tipu Salman Makhdoom and Muhammad Azhar Siddique.
