Two women raped in Faisalabad and Rahim Yar Khan

Both victims shifted to hospitals for medical examination

RAHIM YAR KHAN/ FAISALABAD: Two women were sexually assaulted in separate incidents in Faisalabad and Rahim Yar Khan on Thursday, Express News reported.

In the first incident that occurred in Faisalabad’s Ghulam Muhammad Abad area, police said that S*, a resident of Jattan Wala Chowk, was allegedly abducted by accused Shabnam, Akbar and others.

They reportedly took the victim to an undisclosed location where Akbar allegedly sexually assaulted her.



The accused also filmed the whole incident and uploaded the video on the internet.  The victim was shifted to a hospital for a medical examination. Police have registered a case and have started investigations.

Meanwhile, a woman was raped in Rahim Yar Khan’s Municipal Town area. A police official said that SK* was alone in her house when Imtiaz and his friend Imran barged in and allegedly raped her.

He added when the victim raised a hue and cry, the accused fled the scene. The victim was shifted to a hospital for medical examination. The police have registered a case against the accused.
