QUETTA: Caretaker Balochistan Chief Minister Alauddin Marri has assured that all in-hand resources would be used to assist the University of Balochistan in improving the quality of higher education.
During a visit to the UoB on Friday, caretaker CM Marri and Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Noor Meskanzai were of the view that the UoB had produced many great veteran leaders of Balochistan.

Caretaker cabinet members Imam Bukhsh Baloch, Farzana Ahmed Ali, Justice Hahsim Kakar accompanied the CM and the CJ, who were welcomed by UoB Vice Chancellor Dr Javed Iqbal.

The CM assured the UoB administration that the provincial government would provide all-out support to the leading university of the province.

Caretaker CM and BHC CJ visited the Expo Centre, Library, Yousaf Aziz Magsi Garden and other departments of the university and expressed their satisfaction over the educational environment and staff’s performance.

“UoB is the first university of the province which produced veteran personalities who served in top positions of the province and the country,” said Marri, pledging the provincial government would utilise all available resources to enhance UoB’s capabilities, including boosting its technical approach.
