Accused kidnaps her at gunpoint and take her to an undisclosed location

FAISALABAD: A woman was allegedly abducted and gang raped in Faisalabad’s Kotwali police station precincts on Thursday, Express News reported.

Police said that the victim B*, a resident of Madina Town, lodged a complaint at the police station in which she alleged that Mudassir and Hanif had borrowed Rs1 million from her and promised to return the money in a few days. She added that after some time, the accused called her and asked her to come to Katcheri to collect the money.

The victim maintained that she and her brother S* went to the said location. She said that when they reached the spot, the accused kidnapped them at gunpoint and took them to an undisclosed location in a vehicle.

She stated that when they reached a deserted place, the accused and their accomplices tortured them. Later, she alleged the suspects gang raped her at gunpoint. She said that after committing the heinous act, the culprits forced her to sign a blank paper and later left both of them on Rajbah Road.

Meanwhile, the victim told Express News that Kotwali police officials were allegedly protecting the culprits. She blamed the police for not registering the case under kidnapping and rape sections. She demanded that higher authorities take notice of the matter and arrest the culprits.

Man attempts to rape 11-year-old in Lahore

On June 28, 2018, a girl was allegedly raped repeatedly by her father in Faisalabad’s Chak Jhumra area. The victim’s mother T* lodged a complaint at the police station in which she stated that she works as a maid in the area, while her husband, A* works as a labourer at a factory.

She added that A* had been allegedly sexually abusing their 15-year-old daughter R* for seven months while she was alone at home. The woman stated in her complaint that as a result of the repeated rape, her daughter had become pregnant. She said A* also threatened their daughter of dire consequences if she spoke about the ordeal.
