KARACHI:
The Sindh High Court put the Sindh advocate-general and prosecutor general on notice after the petitioner accused the police of harassing her and her husband.
The petitioner, Hamida, said that she married Bilawal after solemnising a freewill affidavit but her father allegedly told the Moro police she was kidnapped. The bench said the couple cannot be arrested until June 9.
