Political Attack: 150 PMLN workers break in office
SIALKOT:
The liaison office of the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan was reportedly attacked by more than 150 workers of the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PMLN) on Friday. According to Awan’s staff, armed attackers stormed into the office and damaged computers and other equipment. The attackers also smashed windows, the main board and several motorcycles at the office by throwing bricks. Office staff said that the attackers created panic by threatening to set the office on fire and the entire staff had to vacate the building, while they ransacked the premises.
