Back to normalcy: Two schools rehabilitated in Lower Dir

Rehabilitation aimed at improving the educational standard in the conflict affected area.

PESHAWAR: District Administration Lower Dir has rehabilitated and equipped two educational institutions in Asbanr area of Tehsil Adenzai by providing furniture and IT equipment under the Malakand Development Programme (MDP), said a press release issued by the MDP here Wednesday. This is aimed at improving the educational standard in the conflict affected area, where schools were lacking basic facilities, the release added. Under the scheme Government High School Asbanr has been equipped with 500 chairs, five computers along with three printers, 100 laboratory stools, 20 ceiling fans, 30 office chairs, ten steel cupboards, three electric water coolers, a photocopier, tables and white boards.
