NAB urged to bring back looted wealth before elections
Political, religious parties should avoid giving tickets to cajolers: former QBA president
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf central leader and former Quetta Bar Association president Advocate Samandar Khan Kasi has urged the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to utilise all resources at its disposal to bring back the country’s looted money invested abroad before the general elections.
In a statement issued from Malik House, the former QBA president said, “NAB should take stern action against those people who had their loans pardoned and invested the money in other countries.”
He said, “Honest, truthful and steadfast people should participate in elections, while political and religious parties should avoid giving tickets to cajolers so that there may be no excuse to blame the former governments that it is their doing.”
He further said, “Visionary workers, who have a strong character and understand the problems of the people should be given tickets.”
