Rangers recover weapons dumped underground in Karachi
Weapons were used in terror activities throughout the city

The Sindh Rangers on Sunday claimed to have recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition dumped underground during an intelligence based operation (IBO) in Karachi.
According to the Rangers spokesperson, the raid was conducted at an empty plot located in Old Golimar area and the weapons recovered included three sub machine guns (SMGs), two awan bombs and a large variety of ammunition of different calibers.
Two suspects killed in 'encounter'
Sources relayed that these weapons were used in terror activities throughout the city and belonged to the Uzair Baloch group of Lyari gangwar.
"Citizens must inform us about any suspicious activity taking place in their surroundings," appealed the spokesperson.
