Bomb Blast: Engine and three coaches derailed

SUKKUR: Five passengers were injured when the engine and three coaches of the Karachi-bound Khushal Khan Khattak Express derailed after a bomb blast at the railway tracks near Bachro village on Saturday. The train was going from Peshawar to Karachi and the explosion injured the passengers. Police and Rangers cordoned off the area and the bomb disposal squad was called from Larkana. The squad’s Badirdin Shaikh said it was a local remote-controlled bomb, approximately 10 to 12 pounds.
