ANP leader Asfandyar Wali Khan said that the party will organise an APC to address Pashtun problems and get their rights through political and constitutional means for which the date will be fixed later.
He further said that delays in Fata reforms is disastrous, and demanded that Fata be merged into Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P).
Wali also demanded compensation packages for terrorism victims in Fata and an end to weekly curfew which is imposed in some part of the region.
Political bickering puts FATA reforms on backburner
The ANP leader also criticised the extra-checking measures on check posts. Wali further demanded timely justice for slain Naqeebullah Mehsud and all other victims of target killing.
Wali also criticised the sidelining of Fata and K-P in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and termed it "dangerous for the federation."
He warned about changes to the 18th amendment and added that any adventures with this amendment will bring out the horrible consequences as a result, and that any change will be resisted severely.
