Crime scene: Vehicles stolen, two people kidnapped

ISLAMABAD: At least two cars have been stolen while two people were reported kidnapped in different parts of the capital, police said on Monday. Both the car theft cases were reported from Industrial Area police remits. A Toyota Corolla car was stolen from Sunday Bazaar in H-9 while a Honda Civic was stolen from outside a house in Sector I-8/4. The burglars in the latter case also made off with two mobile phones. Separate, a laptop was stolen from a house in Madina Town in Lohi Bher police jurisdiction while pickpockets deprived a man of cash, mobile phone, and ATM card in G-9 Markaz.  Police have also registered two alleged kidnapping cases. Aabpara police have booked four for allegedly kidnapping a woman in Sector G-7/2 while a young man was allegedly kidnapped from F-9 park by unidentified people but no arrest made so far.
