
The WOW campaign was started in 2015 by the Strategic Reforms Unit in Lahore which provided free motorbike training to women. It aims to provide females with mobility, helping them reclaim public spaces. Women-on-Wheels trainees have been invited to the PSL semi-final being held on the March 20 in efforts to promote women empowerment. The semi-final will be held at Qaddafi Stadium.

WOW trainees will participate in a rally where the trainees will ride motorcycles accompanied by celebrities. These will include personalities such as as Jugnu Mohsin, Juggan Kazim, Sohai Ali Abro and Mira Sethi.
The WOW trainees participating in the rally include women from a variety of age brackets, belonging to a variety of professions.
On the directions of the CM, the event aims to raise awareness regarding the need for safer spaces for women.
