A young man killed his sister-in-law in the Nishatabad police station precincts on Monday.
According to police officials, Chak No5-JB resident Muhamamd Akram stabbed his sister-in-law, Lubna, over a quarrel.
Police officials said that Akram and Lubna got into a fight after he had allegedly assaulted her sister (his wife).
Akram’s wife Naila, had left him to stay with her sister two weeks ago.
Police officials said that Akram had gone to Lubna’s house to reconcile with his wife but a fight broke out between him and his sister-in-law.
Akram then stabbed Lubna and escaped the scene.
The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
