Four acquitted in murder case
Court officials said that accused were allegedly involved in murder of two people due to a domestic dispute in 2016

Additional Sessions Judge Rana Zahid Iqbal Khan acquitted four accused in double murder case within the Jhaal Chakian police limits on Wednesday. Court officials said that accused Akbar, Iqbal, Ali, Manzoor and Ahmed Hassan were allegedly involved in the murder of two people named Ijaz and Nawaz due to a domestic dispute on June 19, 2016. The police managed to arrest four of the accused while Akbar was at large. The police registered a case against the accused and presented challan in the court for trial. After hearing arguments, the judge acquitted four accused giving them the benefit of doubt while accused Akbar’s decision was left pending till his arrest.
