ISLAMABAD: The rising popularity of homemade meals delivery services is gaining ground in federal capital through providing respectable earning opportunity to both men and women. According to a report, most of the people are concerned about their health and as well as quality of food so they preferred to order home-made cook food. The home-based-cooks said their business is thriving because an increasing number of working people lack the time to cook but prefer home-cooked food over restaurant meals. “The alternative to cooking at home these days include eating out and food delivery from restaurants, which are expensive and unhealthy depending on what you order,” says Hina Iman, an entrepreneur who cooks and supplies lunches to office workers. “Most of my customers are working women and men who are bachelors and working in the capital,” she added.  Another cook Aslam Yaseen said mostly people want low-oil and low-sodium food, “I cater to their needs”. Yaseen said.
