Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PRGMEA) has condemned the delaying tactics of the government as the finance ministry has not released entire funds even under the previous Rs180 billion package. PRGMEA Senior Vice Chairman Sheikh Luqman Amin stated that the finance ministry is not ready to release funds for the new revised PM Package of 2017-18 for exporters or for earlier package announced in January 2017 by ex-PM Nawaz Sharif. Amin added that presently, almost 50% exporters have not received refunds under the previous package.
