MUZAFFARABAD: The international community must take notice of the atrocities India is carrying out in held Kashmir, said Senate Standing Committee on Defence Production Chairman Abdul Qayyum.

Speaking at a seminar in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that the Kashmir impasse is a political issue which needs to be resolved through dialogue.

“The region shall never see lasting peace until a solution is found to the Kashmir issue,” Qayyum added.
