ISLAMABAD:
President Asif Ali Zardari will pay a two-day official visit to Kuwait starting from May 7 at the invitation of the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al-Jaber Al Sabah. During the visit, the president will have an audience with the Emir, Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al Ahmed Al Sabah. Zardari will hold official talks with the Kuwaiti leadership to strengthen the ties between the two countries. The president will also meet with the heads of prominent businesses and investment groups in Kuwait. He previously visited the country in February this year to participate in the celebrations marking 50 years of the independence of Kuwait.
