Ambassadors forum: LKP leads charge of knowledge-based economy
Participants included leading academicians, scientists, researchers, students
LAHORE:
Lahore Knowledge Park Company (LKPC) organised the ‘Inspire Pakistan-Knowledge Forum 2018’ on in Lahore on Wednesday.
The forum aimed at initiating and pursuing a meaningful dialogue about Pakistan’s transition towards the 21st century and a knowledge-based economy. Participants to the seminar included leading academicians, scientists, researchers, students and frontline socialites of the city.
The forum was thronged by students from the University of Punjab, University of Engineering Science and Technology, Lahore College for Women University and University of Central Punjab.
UNESCO science laureate and former federal minister science and technology Dr Attaur Rahman was the guest of honor. Dr Rahman addressed the students through an enlightening talk on “Exciting World of Discovery”.
Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) Vice Chancellor Dr Sohail Naqvi attended the forum as the chief guest.
