QUETTA: Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Quetta Controller Examinations Syed Abad Ullah Gharshain has said that annual Matriculation examinations will commence from February 20, 2018.
According to a statement issued on Friday, arrangements for examinations are in their last phase and the staff of the Balochistan board has been working day and night to ensure transparent and cheating- free examinations.

“Roll number slips will be printed and delivered to schools within a few days,” said Gharshain. “Enrolment slips for private candidates will be delivered at their postal address.”
Letters to school administrations and heads for making necessary arrangements have been sent, he said, adding that the board hopes to garner schools’ cooperation.
“Duties of teachers are being fixed. Soon letters regarding teachers’ duties will be sent to district education officers,” said Gharshain, urging teachers to utilise all resources for ensuring transparent examinations.
