School for children of policemen

Deserving students will be given scholarships

LAHORE: After establishing the police hospital, Lahore Police will set up a police public school for children of police officials. This was stated by DIG Operation Dr Haider Ashraf on Saturday.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Lahore wrote a letter to the establishment of police school at Muza Lahore and asked the information about current market price of the land and other details at the earliest.

“The school is my New Year gift to the force. I have always stood with my force and have taken steps to improve quality of life of police officials and their families.”

The building of the school will be a state-of-the-art building and children of police officials will not only get free education but deserving students will also be able to study on scholarships. “The welfare of the force has always remained my priority.”
