Sewerage water is flooding the main roads and streets in the city. Bhens Colony is overflowing with garbage and filth.
After assuming power the government had declared Larkana a model district, but did not pay any attention to its development and welfare.
The city administration is not taking the steps necessary to maintain a proper hygiene system in the city.

The citizens said that they complained to Sindh Assembly Speaker Nisar Khuhro but no action was being taken.
