RAWALPINDI: Police, in their crackdowns against anti-social elements, have arrested 28 suspects including six gamblers apart from recovering 5.2 kilogrammes of hashish, two bottles of alcohol, 73 litres liquor, two pistols along with 127 rounds, Rs54,300 in stake money and mobile phones from their possession. According to a police spokesperson, the RA Bazar police held Dilawar for carrying 1.2 kilogrammes of hashish while 1.05 kgs of hashish were recovered from Waqas. Civil Lines police rounded up Naik Muhammad with 200 grams of hashish and Waqas with 1.3 kgs of hashish. Tamoor was netted for possessing 1.1 kgs of hashish. Waris Khan police arrested Daniyal with 200 grams of hashish. Similarly, Murree police recovered 140 grammes of hashish from Younas.
