4,100 students get free laptops

Laptops were distributed in the fourth phase of the scheme in Dera Ghazi Khan

MULTAN: Provincial Minister for Higher Education Raza Ali Gillani said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government increased the spirit of education among students, who are the future of our country.

He shared this while addressing the fourth phase of laptop distribution scheme in Dera Ghazi Khan.

Sargodha University establishes e-Rozgar centre

At least 4,100 students were provided free laptops.  The ceremony was presided over by Mehboob Hussain. It was attended by students, parents, and government officials.

On the occasion, the minister said, “For the first time in the history of Pakistan, brilliant students are being rewarded with free scholarships and laptops.”

Distribution scheme: More students to get laptops in Punjab

While speaking to The Express Tribune, a student Shaheed Sarfaraz said that he was a needy student and with the help of the government, he could continue his studies.  Another student Rimshah Ishaq from Government Postgraduate College said, “We are taking advantage of the educational reforms and are making great progress  with  facilities like laptop and scholarship.”
