Katrina Kaif was all praises for her 'Tiger Zinda Hai' co-star

Are Ranveer Singh and Katrina Kaif new BFFs in B-town?
"Salman taught me nothing other than learn for yourself," said Katrina. "His equation is different with everyone. Of course, we all know that Salman has a kind of heart and loves helping people but he never gave me special treatment. That in itself gave me strength. He always encouraged me to stand up, find my own feet and work hard."
She added, “He really had a lot of belief in me and that for me, was the most important thing."
The starlet went on to narrate a humorous incident between Salman and herself. “I had gone for an Anurag Basu film with Bhatt sahab where John Abraham was the hero. I was called for the first shot to play a ghost. The next day, I was told that I have been chucked out of the film.”
She continued, "I met Salman on the same day and bawled my eyes out. He just sat there and laughed, and I thought, ‘How could he be so mean? I’ve just been chucked out of my first film and he’s laughing.’ I thought my career was over.”

The Jagga Jasoos star went on to speak about how Salman truly portrayed his belief in her. “He sat there laughing and said, ‘You don’t understand… these things happen. You will see where you will go from here… just work hard.’ Although he didn’t have any real answers to my worries, he had the belief. It was that belief of one solid person that is very important when you’re just starting out,” she concluded.
Tiger Zinda Hai will mark the fifth time the Dabangg star shares screen space with Katrina. The two have featured in films like Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya?, Partner, Yuvraaj and Ek Tha Tiger before.
The makers of Tiger Zinda Hai have locked December 22, 2017, for the release of the film.
Directed by Kabir Khan, it revolves around an Indian spy code-named 'Tiger' who falls in love with a Pakistani spy during an investigation.
