They stated that different organisations, while giving an ideal workplace environment for the workforce, witnessed that employees become more productive and efficient adding such a conducive environment not only benefited employees but the organisations at the same time .
The event was hosted by Rehman Medical Institute Peshawar (RMI) where experts from different areas including the United States discussed mental health issues at the workplace.
Besides officials from RMI’s department of psychology Sarah Dooley Centre for Autism Director Adam Dreyfus and George Mason University, Virginia’s Dr Theodore A Hoch were also present on the occasion.
