NOC granted to varsity sub-campuses

Higher Education Commission (HEC) has granted NOC for accreditation to Mianwali and Bhakkar sub-campuses of the University of Sargodha.
A university official said on Thursday the two campuses were established in 2012 and currently 3,207 students were studying in various programmes at Bhakkar campus, while the Mianwali campus was providing education and research facilities to 3,487 students with 46 faculty members.
VCs of two varsities finally appointed
He said that previously the HEC had granted conditional NOC for Bhakkar campus with the direction to address quality issues. The HEC, after thorough evaluation, granted NOC to both the campuses.
