Priyanka Chopra fires back at hater who slammed her for not working in India

The 'Quantico' star took to Twitter to respond when she was trolled for visiting Syrian refugees

A UNICEF goodwill ambassador and Bollywood and Hollywood star, Priyanka Chopra said that if the governments don’t help with the donations, maybe individuals can on her recent visit to Jordan where she met Syrian refugees.



The Baywatch star took to social media to share her journey in Amman as she spoke up about the rights of refugees.



While her efforts called for appreciation, one Twitter user trolled the actor, saying that she should visit the rural areas of the her own country first.

He wrote, "I would request @ that do visit rural areas of India where malnourished kids waiting for food. "



However, the Quantico star wasn't the one to let such bitterness slide that easy.

She fired back, "Ive worked w/ @ for 12 yrs&visited many such places. What have u done @ ?Y is 1 childs prob less imp than another?"



And her fans are loving her fierce response!







Previously, Bollywood diva, Sonakshi Sinha also praised PeeCee for her commendable work.

"What Priyanka Chopra is doing right now with Unicef is what we must all aspire to do in life - make a difference. Woman of substance," Sonakshi tweeted.
