LONDON: Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has launched a second fragrance for her Avon perfume range, Outspoken Intense. Fergie calls her perfume as, “A provocative blend of sexy confidence and daring femininity that captures the thrill and excitement of being at centre stage.”
