ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police on Thursday arrested ten lawbreakers and recovered 900litres liquor, 2.65 kgs hashish and weapons from their possession, a police spokesman said.

He said that Assistant Sub-Inspector Zahid Akhtar arrested Shafi for having 1300 grammes hashish while Sub-Inspector Mushtaq Ahmed from Golra police nabbed Ghaffar Khan for possession of 220 grammes hashish. On a tipoff, Sub-Inspector Muhammad Iqbal from Tarnol police arrested Nadeem and Saddam and recovered 900 litres of liquor from them. Sub-Inspector Yaseen Ali arrested Arif Khan and recovered 515 gram hashish from him.
