LCWU delegation to go to Quetta  

Different cultural activities will be held during the celebrations wherein different universities will participate

LAHORE: A delegation of students and faculty members from the Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) will participate in Karwan-e-Yagjehti in Quetta to mark the 70th Independence Day of Pakistan.

LCWU to introduce TED Talks on campus

The Karwan-e-Yagjehti has been organised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in collaboration with the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Army. Students from all across Pakistan will travel to Quetta to celebrate the Independence Day with the aim to promote national integration in Pakistani youth all across the country.

LCWU hopes to boost research in management sciences

Different cultural activities will be held during the celebrations, wherein universities from different regions of the country will participate. LCWU Vice Chancellor Dr Uzma Qureshi congratulated the students for becoming part of the prestigious event. Dr Qureshi said that Pakistan needed to plan remedial measures so that its national security could be ensured through national integration.
