World Parkinson’s Day: 500,000 registered patients in Pakistan

KARACHI: Most of the 500,000 registered people with Parkinson’s disease in the country need public support, said Sindh Health Minister Dr Sagheer Ahmed.

The degenerative disorder is seen as a stigma for them.

“Unfortunately, no comprehensive treatment exists for the condition,” he said.
