Boxing: Mayweather turns down Pacquiao fight

Recent negotiations between the two camps fell trhough, after Mayweather declined the $50 million proposal.

LONDON: The prospects of a Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather Junior’s fight have dealt a blow after the latter refused $50 million to step into the ring with his Filipino rival.

Speculations regarding a bout between the two have been growing in recent months. However, after recent negotiations between the two camps, Pacquiao’s adviser revealed that $50 million were offered to Mayweather but the he declined the proposal.
