6:30am:
Alarm goes off which means hit the snooze button and back to sleep!
7am:
Actually getting up and getting ready for an early morning training session.
7:15am:
Get a quick pre-workout meal, which usually means three boiled eggs and some supplements (can’t eat much as it would take longer to digest).
7:30am:
Pack my office clothes along with my meals and I’m all set to hit the gym.
8am:
Training starts and ends around 9:15 am
9:15am:
Hit the shower, change into my office clothes and get breakfast on the way.
10am:
Reach office and have my first full meal of the day! Four egg omelettes (three egg whites and one full egg), whole wheat toast and some fruits.
1pm:
After getting work done at the office I have my lunch, which is usually grilled protein with brown rice and some vegetables.
4pm:
Have my second lunch which is pretty basic and similar to my first lunch.
6pm:
Leave office and make my way to my Impulse HQ where I prep for my class.
7:30pm:
Clients walk in and we begin our day’s work-out that always gets pretty intense!!
8:30pm:
Class ends with some sore muscles but no pain no gain…right?!
9:30pm:
Reach home finally, hit the shower and treat myself to a nice hot dinner after an intense day.
10pm:
Follow up on pending emails as well as accounts for Impulse.
10:30pm:
Wind down by watching some television.
11:30pm:
Plan for the next day and then I finally hit the sack!
