Funeral: SU’s Dr Baloch laid to rest
Ministers and former vice-chancellors of Sindh University attended the funeral.
HYDERABAD:
Dr Nabi Bux Baloch was laid to rest near the Elsa Kazi mausoleum at Sindh University on Wednesday evening. His funeral prayers were offered at a park near his house in Sindhi Muslim Housing Society. He passed away late Tuesday night after complaining about chest pains.
Pir Mazharul Haq and Makhdoom Jameeluz Zaman, SU vice-chancellor, Dr Nazir A Mughal, SU former vice-chancellors, Mazharul Haq Siddiqui and Ghulam Ali Allana, scholar and writer, Ibrahim Joyo and culture minister, Sassui Palijo attended the funeral.
