Date sheet issued for BA, BSc exams

Government College University Faisalabad has issued the date sheet for BA/BSc first Annual (part-1) Examinations 2017.
According to controller of examination, the examination would commence from July 05 and the date sheet is available at university website.
Roll number slips have been dispatched to the candidates at their given postal addresses whereas the same can be downloaded from university’s website www.gcuf.edu.pk.
The students should immediately inform the controller office if they find any clash or error in date sheet. More information can be obtained from controller examination office.
Earlier, the Government College University Faisalabad had approved Rs5.5 billion budget for the year 2017-2018 and 5% increase in the tuition fee of all courses with effect of the admission courses offered after the summer vacation.
GCUF approves Rs5.5 billion budget
The budget was approved at the 49th meeting of syndicate committees chaired by GCUF Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Ali.
The syndicate meeting also decided to forfeit the annual increments of Dr Laeeq Ahmad of Department of Zoology’s for five years as the penalty who was found guilty during departmental inquiry for various charges, including abuse of powers.
The meeting also approved 10% increase in the salaries in consonance of the Punjab government policy announced during the annual budget for the year 2017-2018. The meeting also directed to set up a committee to investigate various charges of misuse of powers and other allegations against Dr Javaid Anjum.
