
Dr Haq Nawaz Bharwana, district officer for health, said that Lahore, Rawalpindi, DG Khan, Lodhran, Rajanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Khanewal and Multan districts will be covered in the drive.
He said the drive would continue till April 9. Around 2,400 mobile and 237 other teams have been constituted to administer anti-polio drops in the said districts, he said.
The DO urged the parents to cooperate with the visiting teams in order to make Punjab polio-free.
